INGREDIENTS<br /><br />-Steak<br /><br /><br />-Onion <br /><br />-Chili pepper<br /><br />-Garlic<br /><br />-Good Bread<br /><br />-Provolone Cheese<br /><br />METHOD<br /><br />-Throw steak in freezer an hour prior to cooking, this will get it nice and hard so we can shave it super thin.<br /><br />-Thinly slice steak, onions, peppers & garlic<br /><br />-Put pan on med-high heat with a glug of olive oil<br /><br />-Throw in onions and peppers and begin to sautee, don't put the garlic in yet to avoid burning<br /><br />-After about 3-4 mins or when the onions are translucent add in steak.<br /><br />- Cook for another 3 mins until steak changes color<br /><br />-Add cheese, cover & steam 30-45 seconds<br /><br />-Throw everything in a sandwich and eat hot
